- DCOS Operations runs the operating model; it enforces, and does not unilaterally define, customer authority matrices.
- It integrates ITSM/CMMS/DCIM systems rather than silently replacing authoritative systems of record.
- Field services close events physically but do not override safety procedures or vendor interlocks.
- CALS classifies, correlates and routes work; any equipment-changing action remains subject to a published command, local validation, authority, interlocks, expiration, feedback and audit.
